At Unike Nutra, we are committed to delivering our premium dietary supplements, proteins, and wellness formulations in the fastest, safest, and most transparent manner possible. Because our products are high-grade, consumable wellness commodities, we enforce strict shipping and climate-handling protocols to protect their biosecurity, purity, and overall efficacy during transit.

This Omnichannel Shipping Policy outlines standard shipping times, carrier networks, temperature regulations, and delivery rules across our primary Shopify direct-to-consumer (D2C) store, as well as sales processed via our authorized Amazon Storefront nodes and Walmart Retailer connections.

1. Scope and Multi-Channel Alignment (Omnichannel Logistics)

This policy governs all domestic shipments originating from our climate-controlled fulfillment centers within the United States. To ensure operational consistency across our entire distribution network:

  • Direct-to-Consumer (Shopify): Managed via our selected carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and shipped directly from our primary warehouse hubs.

  • Marketplace Fulfillment (Amazon & Walmart): Orders completed on third-party marketplaces are processed in strict compliance with the respective platform's delivery timelines (such as Fulfillment by Amazon [FBA] or Walmart Fulfillment Services [WFS]), as well as merchant-fulfilled standard carrier procedures.

2. Order Processing, Handling Times, and Cut-Off Deadlines

Our warehouse team works diligently to pack and dispatch your supplements as efficiently as possible.

  • Standard Handling Window: All orders require 1 to 2 business days for processing, picking, and quality control auditing prior to dispatch. Processing occurs strictly Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

  • Daily Cut-Off Time (2:00 PM EST): Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) enter our warehouse fulfillment queue on the same business day. Orders finalized after 2:00 PM EST, or during the weekend, will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Fulfillment Notifications: A unique carrier-verified tracking number is auto-generated and dispatched to your email address (or through your native marketplace buyer dashboard) immediately upon carrier scan. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s portal.

4. Delivery Restrictions & Specialized Addresses

We strive to make our premium wellness supplements accessible to all customers across the nation.

  • PO Boxes and Military Mail (APO/FPO/DPO): We proudly ship to standard PO Boxes and US military installations via United States Postal Service (USPS) networks. Please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for transit to military bases due to localized security screenings and custom hand-offs.

  • Non-Contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories): Shipping to non-contiguous states and territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands) may require specialized rates and extended transit times of 7 to 14 business days.

5. Climate-Control, Storage, and Transit Temperature Disclaimer

Unike Nutra products consist of high-grade consumable powders, active proteins, and heat-sensitive vitamin matrices. All raw inventory is housed in state-of-the-art, climate-controlled warehouse environments with strict ambient regulations.

  • Weather Exposure During Transit: Once a shipment is handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, environmental weather exposure is outside our direct physical control.

  • Density & Settling Disclaimer: Consumable powders are subject to physical settling during shipment, which may naturally cause slight volume density shifts. This does not affect the safety, dosage, or active weight of the supplement.

  • Moisture & Heat Warning: We explicitly disclaim liability for structural alterations (such as internal moisture clumping, capsule stickiness, or minor powder hardening) caused by prolonged exposure to intense heat during transit, or if a delivered package is left unsecured under direct sunlight (e.g., on front porches, mailboxes, or driveways).

  • Buyer Action: Customers are highly urged to monitor carrier tracking notifications closely and retrieve their packages immediately upon carrier-certified delivery to prevent temperature damage.

6. Address Accuracy & Lost Shipments Due to Buyer Error

  • Address Validation: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address, apartment number, and zip code are input during the checkout sequence.

  • No Redirection Liability: Unike Nutra is not legally liable or financially responsible for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or held by carriers due to inaccurate shipping coordinates provided by the buyer.

  • Return to Sender: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an "Insufficient Address" or "Undeliverable as Addressed" carrier notice, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The buyer will assume any additional shipping fees associated with the second delivery attempt.

7. Stolen, Missing, and Damaged Goods Protocols

In the rare event that your package is structurally compromised or lost in transit, we will facilitate immediate resolution paths.

A. Damaged Shipments

If your supplements arrive structurally damaged (e.g., fractured container lids, punctured induction seals, or leaking powder/capsules):

  1. 48-Hour Reporting Window: You must report the damage to our customer care team at support@unikesupplementfoods.com within 48 hours of carrier-verified delivery.

  2. Required Visual Evidence: Your report must include clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged shipping carton, the shipping label, the damaged bottle, and the status of the internal seals.

  3. Expedited Resolution: Upon verification, Unike Nutra will ship an immediate, complimentary replacement product.

B. Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking number indicates "Delivered" but you cannot locate your shipment:

  1. Verify with neighbors, building managers, or local sorting hubs.

  2. Allow an extra 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.

  3. If still missing, contact our support team to help initiate a formal carrier investigation. Note: Unike Nutra cannot issue refunds for packages officially verified as "delivered" by carriers, but we will assist you in filing claims with the postal carrier.
